So it's been rather a while since I've written up books that I've finished. On the one hand, I haven't been reading my lately because I was busy with classes, but on the other hand, it's been so long that I actually have a reasonable list. In no particular order:

Just finished another book, this one for class: The 39 Steps. It was alright, but I got mighty tired of it by the end. First person narration, which I generally dislike, and the narrator kept telling vaguely related stories of his time in Rhodesia and saying how he was unworthy to his task and his company, which got really old, really fast ( Read more... )

I suppose it's a bad sign when I procrastate my math homework by looking through the course catalogue for what I could take next spring if I dropped the class.

I need to talk to my advisor. I think I've really been screwed by the math department.

I did so much work yesterday and ended up staying up so late that I just couldn't bring myself to do any work today. I don't think this one day on/one day off thing will work in the long run. At least my econ class doesn't really have homework.

So I've finished my paper and I just sent it off so I'm finally done with the semester. That was the worst semester of my life. Really. I'm glad it's over. I wish it had never happened.

Well! I just killed my English final! And by "killed," I mean "lost track of what I was saying halfway through the essay but didn't really care enough so I just left it and kept going."

Man it was boring. An hour and a half of straight writing and none of it was interesting.

I think that's the last English class I'm going to take.

Chem class is CANCELED today! That mean NO PRESENTATION UNTIL FRIDAY!!!!

I know it's not very nice of me to say that my professor getting a stomach bug is the best thing that's happened all week, but it's the honest truth.

AND I have another episode of Doctor Who that I'm going to watch RIGHT NOW.

So apparently the secret to the calc quiz I had on Wednesday was that the professor worked the numbers so every answer would contain a 2, 4, or 7.

Math professors are my favorite people ever.
